Sponsored by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the World Health Organization, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Center for Health Security conducted its latest plandemic rehearsal on October 23, 2022 in Brussels, Belgium. The name of the exercise is “Catastrophic Contagion”1. For those who have heeded PTL’s urging since 2020 to watch Event 201, the COVID-19 plandemic rehearsal conducted by the Center for Health Security on October 18, 2019, the Catastrophic Contagion highlight reel below will be eerily familiar.
Distinctions Between COVID-19 and SEERS-25
One of the differences between this practice run and Event 201 is that this time the Center for Health Security did not publish all of the session videos on the Web site, and it did not summarize the contents of each session. Therefore, until one of the actors violates his non-disclosure agreement and blows the whistle, all we know about the next plandemic is what can be derived from this very brief 2 minutes and 44 seconds video. Those points are:
The man-made bioweapon that will be released upon the world in 2025 (or sooner) will be called “SEERS(-25)”.
One billion people will be infected.
20 million people will die, including 15 million children.
Those who survive (the shots) will be paralyzed or brain damaged.
Similarities Between COVID-19 and SEERS-25
“Trust is critical”. As we learned from the COVID-19 plandemic exercise and implementation, this means that all voices that solely rely upon facts and expose the lies propagated by the WHO, WEF, Bill Gates, government operatives, mainstream media, the pharmaceuticals, Big Tech and their loyal agents will be censored, jailed, and/or murdered.
”WHO needs to be a voice for the voiceless”. Translated based upon our experience with the current plandemic, this means that the excuse given for silencing and imprisoning opposition to a One World Government / New World Order will be to protect an imaginary group of nameless, faceless people- with the emphasis on women, children and “disadvantaged” victims- somewhere in the world that is never specified.
“Drills” will be conducted leading up to, and during, the 2025 plandemic. Again, from our experience to date, those drills will involve severe and blatant violations of liberties and citizens on every continent, all for the supposed sake of saving the world.
As with PTL’s alarms about Event 201, you have been warned, at least partially. Get prepared now!

Not to be confused with Crimson Contagion, the exercise conducted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from January to August in 2019 that conditioned the government and contract workers in the U.S. federal government and twelve U.S. states to respond as directed to a severe influenza pandemic originating in China. The scenario instilled a robotic mindset to obey totalitarian orders for the sake of “public health”.
