SCOTUS Dockets Election Questions; Supremes Sued
Brunson brothers advance cases to uncover election fraud.
Rayland’s Case
On October 24, 2022, Rayland Brunson’s filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, telling SCOTUS that a conflict exists in deciding whether the lower court has jurisdiction to try the merits of his case against 388 federal officers regarding their negligent actions surrounding the 2020 election.
Unfortunately, he didn’t state a clear, concise constitutional question for the court to answer, and the Amicus briefs supporting his petition were not timely filed. Upon SCOTUS denying his petition, he filed a Petition for Rehearing, which, sadly, also lacked a clear, concise constitutional question for the court. That petition was also denied. In response. Rayland is now suing Justices Sotomayor, Kagan and Jackson in Utah Federal Court to have them removed from office.
On April 19, 2023, the defendants motioned to dismiss the case. The court has yet to rule.
Loy’s Case
Not to be deterred, his brother, Loy, filed his petition with SCOTUS on April 19, 2023.
Loy’s petition, which was docketed on April 24, does pose a question for the court. In fact, it brings sixteen questions concerning oath violations and treason. Passage To Liberty applauds the Brunsons for their tenacity in working to get the fraudulent election results exposed and overturned, however we expect Loy’s petition to be denied as well. Why? Because his does not state just one, concise constitutional question for the court. Hopefully we’re wrong, but many, otherwise solid complaints- at all jurisdictional levels- don’t get heard due to procedural errors. We shall see. The Solicitor General for the United States Department of Justice has until the twenty-fourth of May to file a motion to dismiss.
