For nearly two decades, lawsuits against members of Jeffrey Epstein's pedophilic sex trafficking club have been trying to reach the light of day. Over that time, the participation of hgh-ranking executives in companies such as JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, Apollo Global Management, Microsoft and others has been exposed. Other well-known millionaires and billionaires, as well as media personalities, actors, actresses, and politicians have also been revealed. However, it has not been easy to get the evidence unsealed and available to the public. As of last week, Passage To Liberty obtained the testimony transcripts and clerk's notes of the 2006 grand jury Crimes Against Children investigation.
In response to the trial court sealing evidence, Florida Statute 905.27 was expeditiously amended by the legislature on July 1, 2024 to allow the release of grand jury documents in the interest of furthering justice. Thus the redacted documents were unsealed.
The notes and testimonies reveal a pyramid-like recruitment scheme in which young teenagers were paid to introduce other potential sex slaves to Epstein. After he would entice them with $200 to massage him, Epstein would offer them more incentives to engage in sexual acts, giving girls as much as $1,000 after he raped them. FBI was informed of the crimes as far back as 1996, when Bill Clinton was President and was approaching the 20th anniversary of his sexual predation. Rather than coming to the aid of the girls, the FBI agents deflected blame to the victims, even prompting them during the 2006 proceedings to say that they were prostitutes.
In February, twelve of the victims filed a suit against the FBI, alleging that Director Christopher Wray, who didn't open a case to investigate Epstein until 2006, was negligent in carrying-out the duties of his office. During this time, the FBI was overloaded with groundless cases against conservative and Christian organizations who were not favorable to Barack Obama.
After Palm Beach detective, Joe Recarey, who led the investigation, was pressured by Palm Beach State Attorney Barry Krischer to drop the case or reduce it to a misdemeanor, he turned-over the his evidence to the FBI. Like many others who have crossed the Clinton crime network and the FBI, Recarey died mysteriously in 2018.
